Transport

The Access & Movement Parameter Plan sets out a coherent and legible network of routes which will be designed to cater for all modes of transport and to promote and prioritise active travel through walking and cycling. This section expands upon this by providing design principles and codes for the movement related aspects of the Valley Park development.
